In the app
- Open Pupilu and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
Without the app
Email contato@pupilu.com.br with the subject "Delete account" from the address on your account. We reply within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your account name, email, tax ID, phone and password, right away.
- The account's profiles: name, avatar, progress, Tutor chats and Workshop code are no longer linked to you.
- Open sessions, devices registered for notifications and saved logins.
What is kept
- Purchase and subscription records, without contact data, for the period required by tax law.
- Profiles created by a school stay with the school.
Plus subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play settings.
